This stage involves the preparation and issuance of formal employment documentation, including contracts and onboarding materials. Candidates can expect clear communication regarding salary, benefits, and other employment details. Additionally, You will receive guidance on the next steps in the onboarding process, including orientation sessions and introductions to their teams. Throughout this stage, MAP aims to ensure a smooth transition for new hires into their roles within the organization.
